I want to give it 1 star but I won’t
It’s a mix of Chinese and English so you have to guess what to press most of the time. TIME CONSUMING. The PDF doesn’t work at all which is really not ideal since all the shipping labels are provided in PDF.
I wish I knew all of this before I purchased this printer. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEYTR973

bad printer and app
it costs me $108 for the printer and it couldn't print. Like it said connected from Iphone bluetooth and the app but when I hit print from files. It stated " NoAirPrinter founded"
I couldn't upgrade the latest version either. The worst investment for this printer and wasted my money. I don't know what should I doShow lessEmmie_91

Pathetic app
Doesn’t work at all literally no help at all. Keep away and save your time. PDF files don’t work which makes it useless for me as I bought a label printer to print shipping labels from my phoneJonny 0555
Very basic but works
Some of the app is in Chinese and some of it in English. You can’t seem to pick a pdf file but if you have the file saved you can open it with the app and it will print.
Will look for another app in the mean time that’s bit more advancedSati-singh

Confused connection.
Default is Bluetooth, enter WiFi IP address and it defaults back to Bluetooth.rba1854
