Have been pleased with this app and system but every time the iOS updates notifications stop working for it. Haven’t found a way to fix this and everything seems be to the app itself cause everything is on and a full reset has been performed on both the phone and the dvr and badges still don’t show up.
Please update this so it will work again.

Suddenly unusable
This used to be a decent app.
Recently however, push notifications have suddenly stopped coming through on my phone -only for this app.
I have verified that this is not an issue with the phone.
It means the app is now unusable as I am no longer alerted to activity.
Given that I used the app due to an ongoing safety issue the sudden change is extremely disappointing and I'm now forced look for a replacement system with a functional app.

Great Dvr had it for a few years now works fine now and then it fails to load but I think it’s down to internet connection you need 4-5 g on a mobile to view it on remote apart from that no problems . Could do with a live fast forward rather than moving that blue bar because it is hit and miss trying to find something you have recorded

App playback jumps in time
I tried pressing on support but it opens Amazon so only way to contact you is leaving a review.
When in playback, you can't scroll through the time. If you scroll to a certain time if jumps to another time.

Worked fine when cameras first set up, then I could never get live view, now I can’t even view playback, it never loads, would never buy again and wouldn’t recommend, cheap garbage
