I got the game after someone showed me the game play so I downloaded it but after the tutorial the game just crashed, I tried a lot of different things to make it stop glitching but nothing workedI don’t like glitches

I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for only 4 weeks but I have noticed that I have been getting kicked out of the game and back to my Home Screen. Also whenever I load into the game everything freezes for a few seconds. P.s My phone is brand new and I have no problems with other games/apps.
