This app will not connect to my EID reader I’ve now tried 3 different readers that Herdwatch say are compatible. I’ve also tried with my partners phone. Such a waste of time and money.

👋 Hi there - we are sorry to hear about your issues connecting to an EID reader. All approved readers are thoroughly tested so it is very unusual for 3 of them to fail to connect. Could you please contact our support team on support@herdwatch.com or via the app so we can assist in troubleshooting the issue. EID readers are generally very reliable with thousands connecting to our app daily, but sometimes settings need tweaking - Thank you.
