Significant improvements!
There have been some serious improvements recently on this app. Logging in is not as much of a pain as it used to be and I’ve noticed loading times seem faster too. Could definitely continue to improve, but I’m happy to see that they’re continuing to push positive changes

Disappointed
I’m disappointed with this app. We transitioned from SWN and the OnSolve app is not reliable. It has considerable loading time and lags in critical moments, there are also way too many menus/clicks needed to get an urgent message out.
