Game is becoming impossible to win and play
I’ve never played a game app in which they continue to keep making it harder and harder and yet harder to win and play … most app games at least stay consistent… and if anything improve the quality of the game. This game by no means is for enjoyment nor relaxing. They even make changes in the middle of a side game to make it harder for players to collect items… they charge the same price for all players but yet a lot of players get fewer rewards…. This game has totally went downhill…. When a game causes stress and anxiety… and trust me… players have spoken about this… you would think they would make some positive improvements. But all they do is negative, making the game no longer enjoyable. They return with a comment stating reaching higher levels you get more rewards and benefits… that is a false statement… higher levels means using more tickets, losing tickets fast, and no longer able to complete side games and selected items they offer are way to expensive for what you get. This game will let you win till you get think it’s great as you get higher in levels you CANNOT WIN A BINGO UNLESS YOU BUY TICKETS. EVEN THEN ITS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN TILL YOU GET TO A POINT YOU EITHER BUY OR STOP PLAYING. AS TOU GET TO THE HIGHER LEVELS THE TICKETS BECOME FOR EXPENSIVE. 30 American dollars for 5000 tickets to 50 dollars to 100 dollars for maybe 23 thousand. Sounds a lot but to play and get further you need to play higher bets. An example being played four cards 4000 tickets for 2 sets of four card games. Took one minute to play. Gone. So 23 Thousand tickets lasts 5 mins. Side games require at 50 to 100 thousand to win. Do the math. ITS A RIP OFF, SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Joke. IF they reply. They will say sorry and that they will let the developers know. If an improvement is made because of the huge amount of complaints they will make another needed part of the game much harder or expensive to win. I was playing for two years, can’t believe how much money I VERY STUPIDLY LOST FOR NOTHING. REFUNDS? COMPENSATION? Maybe I got couple hundred tickets. No money refunded. I think they rely on new players to get sucked in. But it’s all about money. Go to the bingo live Facebook chat page the complaints are unreal. When you hear people talking about class action suits etc gives you an idea of how many unhappy people who got scammed out of money. Started playing this game in April, absolutely fell in love. The graphics are amazing, the social aspect of it isn’t wildly annoying like other games. One big downside is they do not give you enough tickets, and if you want to play, your only bet is to spend real money. They continue to say it plays just fine without in app purchases but unless you’re extremely lucky, good luck with that. I’ve spent probably $500 on this game and honestly, I’m considering deleting it all together. Went from 15k tickets to less than 1000 in three days time without ever winning more that a fraction of what I paid in for tickets each game. Up the ticket payouts, and this game would be 5 stars. Update for dev reply: I don’t think you understand my complaint… You want me to spend more tickets without having won any? That makes zero sense. You need to do better. UPDATE TO DEVELOPER RESPONSE: You got it wrong…yes albums are super hard HOWEVER I WAS SAYING WHAT IT COST ME TO PLAY VERSUS WHAT I WIN IS SIMPLY NOT SUSTAINABLE OR FUN FIR ANYONE. For instance…I play 240 tickets, win 2 bingos and get 63 tickets??? NOBODY IS GOING TO CONTINUE OR BUY WITH YOU’RE WIN/ LOSE/ RATIO. At first I thought WOW FINALLY A GAME I CAN WIN AND PURCHASE FAIRLY…NOPE! I will never have fun trying to break even with your game. Glad I found Bingo Frenzy however, my main complaint is…the play/win ratio (ie: you bet/play 280 tickets and win 65ish) then have a win once in a blue moon that put you back up in tickets or it takes all your tickets. I feel that should be changed to make it more worth playing and fun. Side/mini games are always going and updated. King cards are way too hard to achieve so many don’t complete albums, then magically many complete albums repeatedly. So definitely, BOTS are making it hard to win often. They have made it so now you have to pay to complete anything to win tickets and they’ve raised their prices to a point it’s not worth it. I promise you, if you play you’ll do amazing the first couple levels and then after that, you bomb. The win/lose ratio is more like lose/lose. You can not get ahead unless you purchase tickets. You can’t win tickets in wheels or side games anymore. You only win things that are irrelevant. Support is no help either. Ingredients to cook dishes to win cards and tickets is next to impossible to get. After this new album is complete, I’m getting rid of this game, unless things change for the better. The game is shady. You start off winning and getting all these crazy prizes here and there. Then you are invested in the game, your guild etc. Then you start losing everything. It’s so disappointing when games can’t be a little more fair when it comes to this. Find more creative ways to get money from fans other than making us lose. I totally understand they need money to update and keep up with the game. But why become shady instead of just placing more clever ads in places and just making the win lose ratio more fun / even! When you lose over and over it’s so boring. They may trick a lot of people into paying a fortune but they are also losing a lot of loyal, paying fans by being so shady. You can also just put super interesting game aspects behind a pay wall instead of just robbing your fans.
TLDR- you start off winning, then alls you do is lose. They need to even out the wins and losses to make the game more fun!Show lessklpeter7

I have written to support and received no support. I was trying to finish a recent quest. I played over 50 games but did not receive the wheel to finish it. I would get 1 or 2 bingos. The same thing happened the previous time they offered the game. I wrote complaining the game was rigged. After the comment, within 10 games, I received not 1 bingo, not 2 bingos but 4 bingos. And not once but twice to finish the game. I don’t feel it was coincidence. Previously on the daily spin, you could spend $12 to try again, now you have to spend $100. If you don’t spend money you can only play one game a day and it doesn’t qualify you for the higher rewards. The second rip off is their card game. Twice before I needed 2 cards to win the big prize. Both times I had over 30 days to complete it but didn’t. I paid to participate in higher rewards and yet received duplicate after duplicate cards. Currently on this card game I need 14 cards with 63 days to complete. I should be able to do it if the game was run honestly. Yes it is a game of chance or luck but they have stacked it against the player. I told them I was going to report them for unfair business practices. Their games are fun, it is a shame the rest of it isn’t.Show lesslougvvu
