Battery use
The app drains the battery. Seemingly, due to retrying to connect to the bike constantly when out of reach. If disconnect the bike from the app, or improves, however it is inconvenient to pair the bike every time. Would appreciate if battery management can be optimised in this app.
Map Freezes Mid-Ride
Twice now I’ve imported a gox file and have attempted to use this app on an all day ride. At some point the app stops updating and gets stuck in one spot until I pull over and fully close the app. I’m paying a subscription to a broken service. I should be demanding my money back but would really like this major problem to be fixed.

No FE Models
Was excited to download to see about my 2024 FE350 but it’s not listed or supported.
Pretty decent for navigation
The app works pretty well with my 2023 Norden 901. No issues pairing, the turn by turn feature on the TFT display is great! I like that I can import gps routes. The regulator navigation features are decent and the twisty road option is pretty fantastic! I have noticed that during the gpx import process the app does modify the route slightly, which is a bit of a pain.
What I would love to see:
-The option to help set the sag on the 901
-An iPad version to allow a larger screen when creating multi day routes
-The app to not modify the route on import
-Not get stuck to waypoints that are close by, the app gets really confused if you don’t hit the waypoint exactly.

Issues
Says it doesn’t support FE350
Why not support the FE range?
Don’t understand why my new 2023 FE 250 in UK isn’t supported!!
Failure!
Have tried to give this app a chance. Even paid a lot for the upgrade. Doesn’t connect to bike, can’t make it work. Also, when trying to list my local dealership, the app says there aren’t any dealerships in my country. What a joke. I feel they stole my money, not just for the app but for the bike’s connectivity package.

does not work well with Intercom app
Poor connection with other apps I can either use my Cardo app or Ride app, headsets does not work with both, disappointing to say the least

App doesn’t list all they bikes they make. Just bought a Norden 901 and the bike isn’t listed so can go any further. Useless
