Can’t access my tickets
I haven’t been able to update my tickets information since December 2023. It says my app is up to date, but nothing is updating. I just get an error saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I don’t know how to access my tickets for the upcoming season, & I can’t even find a help link on the app!

Not user friendly and kind of useless
I agree with another commenter, I can’t access my tickets from the app. I called support for help. The lady was very nice but not helpful. She basically told me a work around to get the tickets. I was already doing this so why the app?? Also, the digital tickets are a pain when you have multiple tickets because the code isn’t on the front. I really wish we as customers had the choice to use digital tickets or printed tickets.

Unusable - bug on My tickets page for months
This app was great when it first came out - but it’s unusable now. Its main function is to be able to easily grab my tickets, but the My Tickets page hasn't worked for me for the past 6 months. This tab would error out saying it couldn’t reload a fresh list of my upcoming tickets. So it had a bunch of old tickets cached in there and wasn’t adding new ones. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it finally, to see if that would help re-check, but now it doesn’t show any tickets at all. Just an error that it couldn’t load the data because it’s in the wrong format.
It’s obviously a bug on the development side with how the data is being parsed and sent to the app, but it doesn’t seem that the developers have noticed this issue to be able to fix it. I called the theater, but they’re not equipped to troubleshoot since this app is outsourced and told me to “delete the app for awhile and then redownload it in a couple of months to see if that fixes it.”
So overall - this app is now pointless, since my tickets are now only accessible on the browser.
