I LOVE Perspirology! The workouts are always challenging, high energy, and fun! It’s good to smile when you work out, even in the privacy of your own home. This was a great option for me during COVID and now I can’t imagine going back to a gym when a myriad of workouts are available to stream! I first started at home workouts when I was in quarantine. I tried so many different apps and Perspirology is the REAL DEAL! Each video is more challenging then the next and I feel amazing! Try the trampoline classes, you will be dripping! New videos posted everyday!Yadabakram

The best way to supplement in-person classes! This allows me to get in a full workout even on days when my work or childcare schedule conficlits with class times. I have loved perspirology since the very first time I walked in the door. It’s a warm and inspiring place to make friends, have fun and reach your fitness goals. Trust me...even on the app they live up to their name and you will SWEAT! I am a Perspirology fanatic and when I downloaded this app and saw how easy it was to get my home workouts, I was so excited!
