spent now two days trying to connect my X20 to this abysmal app no luck Panasonic support is also useless I regret buying the X20
Do developers have a clue about UX design principles?
This app is absolutely unusable on an iPhone. You need to have fingers the size of matchsticks to use the controls. This is obviously a direct port from the iPad version which is marginally more usable but no with no consideration by the developer as to the smaller screen size on an iPhone.
The text in help screen is tiny, almost unreadable and if you pinch to zoom you now have to scroll across the page to see all the text. You can't print the help or even copy the help, not that it's very helpful anyway.
Plus it is difficult to configure and does not work very well when trying to connect to the Panasonic X 1500 camcorder as many people have discovered and why there are numerous tutorials on YouTube on how to get it to work. A very disappointing amateur app from Panasonic who should really get their act together. In short don't use this on an iPhone and be prepared to struggle getting it to work on an iPad.

The single worst app ever
It worked for about 30 seconds once. I wish we could just use the regular Panasonic image app with the HC-X2000
iPhone version is very poor
The UI is not formatted to fit an iPhone screen at all, I’m really surprised Apple approved this app for iPhone.

I created a simple profile and password on a brand new AG-CX10 and it fails to connect. My iPhone is up to date and only 1 ft away from camcorder.
App it very slow, buttons are too small for use on a phone. Separate apps for iPad and iPhone are a must.

HC-x1500
I love this camcorder, but your APP needs a lot of help. I finally connected the APP to my IPad... Now trying to connect to my IPhone 11Pro Max. It’s not able to connect. I’m wondering if Anyone else has this problem. Also would like the APP to be able to have a live view in the I pad and the I phone.
