What happened?
I used to be able to save a picture to my camera roll and share on social media and none of that works anymore. About 6 months ago I wrote to customer service and have never gotten any answer.
I’m a paying customer and I Love the app, but it doesn’t work like it used to. I keep getting sent to a website to purchase live plants instead of being able to do anything else.
Please fix this app, it’s the best of the ones I’ve downloaded and the only one I’ve used for years. So disappointing that it’s no longer working right.Show lesssnicho35

Although I’ve just tried it, I have to say that it is really good. I highly recommend it for people that easily forget what plant they buy like me. To be honest, it could use some improvements like being able to customize the screen bu other than that it’s great. But that is why you can buy premium. I've paid for this app several times and occasionally have completely failed to get it to work, being sent in a loop when trying to id a plant - being asked to pay, trying to pay, being told I can't because I have a subscription and then being asked to pay again. If it worked all the time it would be 5 starts easy, but I've probably wasted a tenner on glitchesShow lessCity Player

I love this app I really do, I’ve recently taken up the hobby of tree identifying and I wanted a free app that would give me info on the tree and I found one! The only thing is, I wish it wouldn’t keep popping up the premium version because I don’t want it and I’ve said no so why does it keep showing up? Please add a don’t ask again button so we can just enjoy the app as we want it. Thanks for the app it’s really great!Show less#yesorno?

Charged for 7 weeks without knowing it!!!
I paid for one week so I could figure out a plant that my mom had that was dying. We had no clue what it was, and my free trial was over, I guess. I never received a receipt from Apple Pay. Then a few weeks later I had a receipt. So I thought it just took them a while to charge me. Got another receipt today, and th en realized I signed up for a weekly subscription (not clear when I originally did it). I have been charged for 7 weeks and only received 2 receipts. Sneaky of them or bad on Apple. Not sure which. Will never use this app again.Show lessOne annoyed consuner
