I recommend that HOS 24/7 has a talk to Alvaro on being more professional to customers. When coming to him with a situation that could be fixed. He was very rude, he was blaming us for everything. When we were trying to explain our issues, he would not listen and made everything so uncomfortable. I recommend HOS 24/7 to Retrain him on being professional, understanding and not making thing harder then they should. I don’t know how he become a Supervisor.Take too long to login
