This app is fantastic it has helped my daughter get to see quicker and for longer! This is a go to app for any mam or dad! Would highly recommend to anyone ❤️

Having followed this app for just seven days my baby went from co-sleeping, waking up more than three times throughout the night with it being really difficult to get him back to sleep and often taking over an hour at a time to consistently going in his own cot waking up just once or twice a night and much easier to settle each time. I was actually taken aback by how quickly it worked for us, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like the idea of controlled crying but wants a more gentle approach that actually works.

Sleep training an 8mth old
When it came to helping my little one sleep better I was in a haze of what to do and what not to do. This app really helped clear that haze and made it feel not as daunting. The information and advice makes sense and I really felt like I had support there if and when I needed it. Thank you!
