Mobile deposit is very Fickle
Disappointed in mobile deposit I want to keep this account because I live in another state but mobile deposit is fickle and it’s hard to keep this account open if I can’t regularly deposit checksMocheeks33
Love this app
Exchange Bank has taken good care of me for years but the app has taken customer service to a new level. I can access my account anytime I want to check something or have a question no matter what time it is day or night. I am now even able to send a message while things are on my mind even if the bank is not open and I know they will answer me as soon as the next business day starts.
