  • Won’t accept payment cards

    It insists on a 17 digit credit card number. All credit cards have 16 digits. It says contact their vendor but gives no means to contact the vendor. It’s a useless app!
  • Too complicated, not much information for a 180MB App

    I have no idea, where the 180mb of download go. The app is incredibly complex. It needs all kind of information like email, names, address, credit card before anything works. While you spend 15 or 20 minutes to set up everything, your buses pass and you keep missing them. The local ticket machines just take cash too, traveling in Hamburg is the most inconvenient way that we experienced so far. In the end, we didn’t and just rode the bus. The ticket system is intransparent. Which ticket do I need to buy? local trip, short trip or single ticket? To figure it out the app needs your phone number additionally. Could not add the number due to server errors. Why do you need to phone number for me to figure out, which ticket do I need? Why not you are here, you want to go there, it’s this ticket, how many do you want? I didn’t know how such an easy thing, can be messed up that badly. Highly disappointed and a huge waste of time.

  • Terrible UI

    This app doesn’t indicate what king of ticket is needed for a selected route or destination.

    There is no home button. The navigation screen resets without warning.

    Very useless.

  • Seems never in service or functional when you need to cancel the DB ticket….

    The support is there to take the money but never available and functioning when you need to cancel the monthly subscription.

    You are offering PayPal as a form to pay for the Deutschland ticket and that allowed us to purchase it.

  • Payment methods not working

    Neither a US not German Visa credit card worked as payment methods, so unfortunately I need to uninstall it again.

  • Buying ticket

    I tried to bought ticket 49eur for month with subscriptions but for me from Serbia isn’t possible. My Payaoal not working, my debit card not passing and SEPA not supporting Serbia🤷‍♀️ I have not anyway to buy ticket

  • Horrible connection

    I was stopped to show my valid Deutschlandticket and when I showed the officer it logged me off. Then it wouldn’t let me log back on because of an error. I almost got a fine for not having a ticket. Luckily I had email showing my receipt. What’s the point of having this app if it’s not going to do what it was made to do!?

    This is weird, you can pick Vanadu and Tanzania, but not the United States of America!
