Timing
Supervisor called me an hour and a half before the given evening appointment and it’s sad to say some one already wrote in a review this issue. My wife’s aunt died that afternoon and explained to the supervisor and tried to call the customer service with no answer and it’s a 900 number that charges you when calling. I dealt with Smasco they were more expensive but have put the customer above the contract. I will be canceling with them since they didn’t even consider the situation and refused to give an extra visit. Going back to SmascoRawafhadi

تواصلت معي من الساعه ٧ صباحا مايزيد عن ١٠ مكالمات وطبيعي لم انتبه بحكم الوقت الموضح لي وهو ٨ ص وعند الساعه ٨ الا ١٠ قمت بالرد عليها وقالت ان الموعد المفترض ٧:٣٠ صباحا واني تأخرت عليها فرحلت وان علي التواصل مع خدمة العملاء والتي بدوري اقيمهم ٦ من ١٠maha444
Homemade arrive to location and leave in such short time
Unfortunately, it’s so sad to see how the whole system works when I make an appointment for homemade to come to the house and leave in such an extremely short time if I don’t respond to the call to inform me that they have arrived to the house. Sometimes people get randomly busy changing and talking care of their kids the moment they call to inform that they’re outside. Of course, no response they leave i got it. However I paid my amount for the visit.Eman Alsubayai
