  • Incompatible with T Mobile Home Internet

    The light bulbs cannot pair with T Mobile Home internet even if you configure your WiFi to broadcast at 2.4 GHz. I have had a ticket open for months regarding this and have not had any responses so I do not think this is an issue they will be resolving. The lights worked fine with my previous ISP.

    If you do not have T Mobile Home internet this is not a bad product but given the lack of customer service I have received I doubt that any other issues will be addressed promptly.
  • Update the features!

    So many user-unfriendly, and unnecessary, clickstreams. Update the features! It’s not that hard! For example, how about a Home button that enables you to toggle from deep review of cam photos to the top-level menu. Basic right? No, it doesn’t exist! Idiotic.
  • No updates since v1

    Ridiculous to not have app updates at all. Current app is unstable.
  • Bulbs, wall switch and plugs

    I absolutely love these products. Can’t believe I waited so long to update my home. Very easy to install and setup. Enjoy
  • Needs some work

    The lights themselves are great, but the app needs many options such as a feature to control groups of lights at once (colourwise) instead of having to do it individually, u also can only have one color preset for the lights, i have them all set to purple but id like to make them all at once go green and dark blue. The app interface is also ergonomically incorrect, the interface is very hard to navigate with no instructions, other than that setting a color (per light) is easy enough
  • Notifications don’t cross over to phone!!

    That’s the whole reason I got this app was to notify me if someone is breaking into my car!!! It says notifications (selected on) and doesn’t actually cross over to the phone ever!! This needs to be fixed. Also the app is set up extremely similiar to old version of GEENI. But yet, they do not have a motion alert easy access like geeni does. It seems like this app just got forgotten about and they continued with their other ones. Shame, I may have to return camera. As it’s functionalities are useless for what I needed it for.
  • Light won’t turn off with app

    This is so bright and the camera is awesome. It takes A picture when there is motion. BUT MY LIGHT WILL NOT TURN OFF and I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL. THE WEBSITE IS AWFUL.

    Love your product. Just wish the camera was remotely multidirectional.

  • Happy with the purchase

    Would be awesome if you added a feature that allowed for reducing the current that comes from each socket outlet.
  • Needs better iPad support

    This works well with the security camera we purchased, but would be nice to have better iPad support for full screen video
