Amazing customer service
The communication with customer service is outstanding for a free app. Whenever I email them with a question regarding the app, not only did they respond in a timely manner, but they answer my questions thoroughly.Amendabbg
Great app except…..
I would have given this app 5 stars but it does not have the ability for the organizer to RSVP for the invited guests, which is helpful when some of the guests are elderly and do not use smartphones. It would also be great to have an “organizer only” section for each party that allowed a budgeting, pre and post-party checklists and a notes section for repeat events.Show lessFantastic App…but no sound?
I have an upcoming event this weekend and this app was the answer to all of the confusing group texts going on at the same time.
However, I notified that the notifications from the app are just banners that are displayed on your phone…there is no actually “sound” that is played - which creates a communication issue with all my guests.
My app settings all allow notifications, my iPhone settings also allow all notifications, and my phone volume is all the way up.
Im slightly disappointed as a result because it really is a neat app, but means to communicate and be up to date is extremely important to event planning.Show lessJOudom

I recently organized a private party in a local bar, and wanted to make sure the bouncer only let my invited guests in. I was able to invite the bouncer to be a ticket scanner and guests showed their Feztival tickets for entry. Also loved the other features like photo sharing.AngS.
Great for party planning
As the world keeps opening up, I’m excited to use Feztival more and more for parties and gatherings. We used it for a wedding and it was great to share pictures and connect with other guests.twin of wendell

Don’t force users to download the app
Create a way for attendees to RSVP and view invite info without having to download the app. That’s a major problem for the events that I create. Some attendees aren’t as tech-savvy. It creates too many steps for them. Unfortunately, this app is no good for me—won’t be using it.Hbray11

The app enables the host to share a link to a webpage, created automatically, which has the details of your invite (host name, event name, time, location, theme and number of guests). We're happy to announce that we've just launched a feature that enables only invited guests to RSVP using the web as you suggested in the review. All those features don't require downloading the app. Unfortunately, for the other features (such as viewing the guest list, chat messages, posts, agenda, potluck, etc), not asking guests to sign-up may lead to serious privacy concerns. We don't want your guest list and/or private conversation and posts be open to the public. Our mission is to build a private and secure place to host and manage events while supporting innovative features like a timeline to keep memories in one place, on-my-way, potluck, agenda, etc. We hope you understand. I recently tried this app. My invites had a berry hard time gaining access and when I tried reaching out via email. Days went by with no reply. I will be trying a new app for future planning!Thanks Summer Haynie
