Focus on your workout not your phone
I had the option to change the weights and # of reps I completed for each of the sets so I could track my workout progress in real time.
Between each set, there is a timer that counted down my rest period so when I got distracted, I was reminded to do another set. After I was done with the workout, I tapped on Finish and then had the option to write some workout feedback. That’s it. It was easy and and simple to use which is exactly what I want in a workout app. Give it a go!
