This app is a great way to complete your trainer developed workouts. When I opened the app, my trainer had two workouts designed for me: bis/tris and chest/back. I chose the bicep/tricep workout. I tapped on the workout and immediately the exercises were listed with the number of sets he wanted me to do.
I had the option to change the weights and # of reps I completed for each of the sets so I could track my workout progress in real time.
Between each set, there is a timer that counted down my rest period so when I got distracted, I was reminded to do another set. After I was done with the workout, I tapped on Finish and then had the option to write some workout feedback. That’s it. It was easy and and simple to use which is exactly what I want in a workout app. Give it a go!
