I’ve been off love me hair for over 4 years they do not stand true to community guidelines. There is no outreach when you have issues, they do not stand by the point system. They don’t care about customer concerns they will send you to a site with your concern that’s all in foreign writing. I have reached out to them twice and as I stated once before, I’ve been with this company for a long time and something has changed unfortunately, I have to give this a one star rating, due to the fact that my opinions of my concerns, and my money isn’t going to the right place
