Great app, desktop ver would be nice
Great app. Use it almost on a daily bases. A desktop version of some sort would be very much appreciated. Sometimes i have rather long logs i type out, and doing it on a mobile screen isn't the greatest. My hands cramp and it can be hard to re-read what ive been typing.
Writing thoughts at the bottom
When trying to write my thoughts at the bottom. I cannot scroll up to see what I’m writing, which makes it difficult. Otherwise great app.

Fantastic app
I found this app through recovery records. By far one of the best apps if you struggle with anxiety and depression. It’s great to acknowledge thoughts and understand why they are coming. The support the app provides is great.

Loving this app so far...it’s useful, detail oriented, and educational! The information seems very credible and there are so many mental health tools in this app. Only complaint is the format/navigation is a bit confusing at times

Love this thorough and helpful app
Very helpful app and covers lots of areas. Helps you keep track of lots of different things and to have a clear picture of what’s going on, when I’m better, when I’m worse and I can write notes to keep records to look over and show a professional if I see one or try to self help myself. Really glad I found it. Thank you.
