TEC Canada is committed to delivering the best digital experience for our Members and Chairs. This release addresses user reported bugs and improvement requests. Improvement: Users reported that the Document Library was difficult to find, so we have added it as a distinct option to the application landing page so that you can reach it within two taps from anywhere in the app. Fix: We have implmented a fix for a user reported issues where they could not load app content after being offline and then reconnecting to the internet. Monitoring: The TEC Member app is a complex application with lots of moving parts. As such, we are adding some monitoring tools to the application to be able to idenitify and correct issues more proactively. We welcome any feedback you may have that will help us to deliver a better, more stable service for members and chairs.
