Had this app for a while. It constantly sends me these “download new preset free only for the next hour” notifications. NEVER WORKS. Also the “free” presets section… NEVER WORKS. Depending on which “free” preset you want, you to are either expected to pay a subscription or follow them on Instagram and/or TikTok. I’m deleting this app. There are plenty others that offer you free trials. Hey PRESETS.. maybe actually stop being deceptive in how you market yourselves. Also maybe use regular images! The photos you use as examples, they are very professional. You don’t need good presets to make professionally captures images look good.

poor communication
I was trying out the app however I accidentally made a purchase of the yearly subscription. I cancelled it within 10 minutes however they still took £19.49 out of my account immediately which is a lot. I have tried contacting them several times for a refund but there is no answer. I do need a refund.
