I think it's better to know "why this pairing is recommended" than a plain (and often off) answer.
No details are offered with regard to "why these wines are recommended for pairing". In addition, the recommendations are inaccurate (E.g. I typed "Duck breast" and 15 most recommended wines are whites?).Show lesshahahshvddh

Hi, please visit our website to get the detail of the pairing process. In a nutshell it is driven by comparing aromatic fingerprint of the food and wine. We build food aromatic fingerprint using mechanism trained on 1 milion of recipes broken down to ingredients, cooking method and matched to aromatic compounds. Wines aromatic fingerprints are based on the lab analysis results. We know that aromatic fingerprint match is not everything, personal preferences are important as well. That's why our app offers a number of filters allowing you to tailor the pairing to your personal preferences. For example if "Duck breast" with a white wine is a no go for you, you can choose only pairing to red wines.
