5NEWS is the only station we would ever watch. The app is a close 2nd to watching them on tv. Keep up the good work guys. Here in Fayetteville we love you!

Very much appreciate the news; however, I am concerned about the weather folks. They make comments about “all the rain”. I am a farmer in western Washington County. We need rain!!! We have not received “all the rain” Ft Smith has so we are really hurting. So I really get irritated. If we don’t get rain in September, our farms are in bad shape.

Every time you try to watch something it starts to play and then gets interrupted by a commercial. This is extremely frustrating when you get a notification of a live update and it plays for a second and then gets interrupted and you don’t know what you’ve missed. 👎🏼
5 News is the most up to date reliable news for our area!
I always rely on 5 News to bring me the fastest ‘breaking news’ and updates. I really look forward to Erika Thomas’s reporting and how she is so respectful and personable. 5 News is the only station for me.

Bring back weather app
5 news will always be our favorite go to for local news, but I don’t like the weather app being discontinued! The radar on the new app has plenty of flaws that I won’t list here, it will be extremely frustrating to those who aren’t tech savvy or just want to check the radar. The radar on the weather app was great and very user friendly! I evened used it while my husband was working in the Florida Keys and it was extremely accurate! Please consider bringing it back!!!

I’ve been using the new app since the old one was discontinued. I had quit using 40/29’s app because I couldn’t read a story. Now KFSM is doing the same. More video and less news. I waited to see if it was just new but it appears it is the new norm for a former news source. Now it’s entertainment. I can’t always listen to a story but I am able to read. Go back to journalism.

As horrible as things are with the COVID-19, and everything else in the news; Daren, Erika, Garrett, and Bobby always seem to make me giggle at the end of the news. I love it when Daren and Garrett get the giggles. Thank you everyone, for covering the River Valley like you do!
