The app used to work wonderfully, but a while ago all of a sudden it wouldn’t recognize my log in credentials. Those same credentials work fine on my desktop computer. At the time I spoke with my local branch and they told me that there was known issues with the app. I tried intermittently to log in and failed every time. Today I contacted my local branch again. They asked me if the app was up to date (it is), and if I’d tried deleting and reinstalling it. I hadn’t tried that, so I deleted it and attempted to reinstall it from the App Store. It won’t reinstall, the download progress arrow spins for a few seconds and then goes away. What gives?
