Nice app and concept!
I couldn't see anything near me but after I zoomed out, I found a few things in Pittsburgh, including a ShotSpotter! I REALLY like the idea of having some control of my privacy and I hope there can be more locations available. BTW I was able to get the verification email in my gmail without an issue

Don't even attempt to load
Probably the worst implementation of an app I have ever seen. Can only conclude that it is a fake method to invade ones privacy.
App deletion made and any follow up emails blocked.

Appears to be non-functional.
Ignoring the blatantly user-hostile and privacy-hostile sign up process, what remains is an app that appears to do _nothing_ but locate your device on a map.
Or else there is no data collection happening _anywhere_ in the continental US.
Did anybody _test_ this before uploading it to Apple?

Requires Input by all to work
The app seems to work well, but will only work if individuals input IoT devices into the system. To enter devices you must go to their website and provide information about the device to be saved in their database that is then displayed on the app. For their experiment to work people and organizations need to devote time to enter IoT device(s) information.

Never Got Verification E-Mail
Tried to get them to send it twice and didn’t get either one. I think this is an app to collect PII from unsuspecting individuals.
Literally funded by DoD and doesn’t work.
Verification email doesn’t work. Oh yeah it’s also FUNDED by DARPA and the DoD.
Scam app
Only collects your information and location and does not scan for or display any IoT devices.
Useless
Zoomed in on Manhattan and nothing showed. Obviously this is junk.
Blank map
I like the idea of the app but it doesn’t show ANY IoT devices on the map. I agree with the other review in that I’m feeling pranked.
Provide WHAT?
You’d think that a privacy app supported by the US Dept of Defense would offer to use Apple Sign In so that the user’s email would be kept hidden from the app developer and its research funders. But no. You’d be wrong. They want an actual email address from their privacy-minded users. SMH 🤷♂️
