Appointments and mobile check in allow me to get that done faster because I can check customs clearance, payments, availability and have almost everything ready before the driver arrives. A lot of days our scheduled appointments are taken. So this app is great since it still lets me get things ready ahead of time. I just wish more drivers would use it. I can’t do anything without the AWB #’s so I hope more drivers start using this app.

We have made some updates to the App and I would encourage you to attempt to make a new account so that you can have quick and simple check-ins at your favorite facilities. Good afternoon, I am sorry you had trouble cancelling your pickup/ delivery. It is possible for you to cancel a pickup/delivery after you have checked in via the phone app. On the top of the screen within the app, you will find a button titled "Cancel" with a small trash can icon. That will allow you to cancel your pickup/delivery. If you have any other issues, please reach out to us at mikeo@cargosprint.com for further help.
