Pointless App

This is a scam to get drivers to download an app that the ceo of United is probably taking a kickback from

Problem with the app.

Why is the app not working? I have had a problem accessing the app to input the information required during pre-check in for the past week. Is there anything be done to address the issue?

Contacted MAESTRO cargo on my way to the facility and was told freight had not arrived so didn’t waste my time like I do at Alliance. Great tool!! Bobby Owneroperator

I installed the app because I’m just one of those people that wants to know how EVERYTHING works. I’m also apparently one of only a few agents that prefers scheduled appointments and mobile check in. I’m also a truckers daughter and understand that the drivers want to get in and out ASAP.

Appointments and mobile check in allow me to get that done faster because I can check customs clearance, payments, availability and have almost everything ready before the driver arrives. A lot of days our scheduled appointments are taken. So this app is great since it still lets me get things ready ahead of time. I just wish more drivers would use it. I can’t do anything without the AWB #’s so I hope more drivers start using this app.

Not able to log in

Created account online and I’m not able to log in on the app. Keeps saying invalid user.

We have made some updates to the App and I would encourage you to attempt to make a new account so that you can have quick and simple check-ins at your favorite facilities. Stuck

It would be nice to be able to have an option to cancel a pick up or delivery ourselves. I checked in in one airline at 9am and it was stuck in the same screen for days. Sometimes the airline won’t refresh their system for hours or days.

Good afternoon, I am sorry you had trouble cancelling your pickup/ delivery. It is possible for you to cancel a pickup/delivery after you have checked in via the phone app. On the top of the screen within the app, you will find a button titled "Cancel" with a small trash can icon.
