Worthless!
Purchased and the app will not go to anything after address info is entered. Also, why does it require MY birthday? And entering the date is rediculously time consuming with just a back button to get there! Do not waste the $40!!

Crap Product
Will not allow the buyer to download info on their site. I have tried 3 times and every time it goes nothing but show it loading.
Love it, aside from a few minor things
Love the ease of use for both setting up and whomever scans the tag if our dogs escape. A place for adding extra contacts and any info you feel someone would need is also available. The only issue I had with setup was the email everyone claims doesn’t exist went to my spam/junk folder.
Cons are, the app needs some work. It can’t save any birthdate accurately to save it’s life and the settings for what info someone sees when scanning the chip also do not save properly. Simply not entering any info you do not want to share is easy enough. I also added my number a second time as the “backup” because when you scan the tag it shows a backup number under bubbles of a phone and a message icon and I honestly thought they were just part of the page design and not everyone may touch them to call your main contact.
Overall I am very pleased, and happy to have something that can be scanned quickly on the spot and reunite us much faster than someone having to take them to a vet who knows what distance away from where they are found to scan a microchip.

Horrible
Worst app I’ve ever used. Won’t let you even create an account. And the company has no customer service at all to contact.
Won’t let me create a password
I put my email in and went to create an account but it doesn’t let me put in a new password and just has me go in a loop. Not impressed.
Run!!!!
This is the only app I’ve ever put on my phone that I cannot manually delete like everything else. Don’t fall for the scam.
Bad App
Unable to complete the profile as it states Date of Birth Field required. A) there is no DOB field in the profile section, and B) why do they want to know the owners DOB anyway. Since we can’t create the profile these tags are pretty much useless. Don’t waste your money
Literally, you can’t set up an account
You put in your email address and it says it’ll send you an email with instructions to finish the set up. It sends you a link to the login page. You can’t login because you haven’t set a password. Hit “forgot password” and it sends you an email that links you right back to the login page. There are no links to customer service or tech support.

DOES NOT WORK
Don’t waste your money. ~Never received an email to even allow me to create my account! I tried two different email addresses, checked my spam and junk folder...nothing.
Plus you have to apparently download additional apps and create site accounts in order to get any updates.
That means they are selling your contact info multiple times!
I bought three of them and now I have to truck it back to the store and return all of them!
