Reviews of PlaybookUX

  • Tests do not upload.

    You will spend a lot of time and energy doing a test using the Playbook UX app only for it not to upload at the end. I attempted the same test twice and each time, the app simply failed to upload the recording. It doesn’t even show any loading screen - it’s just stuck on the Upload Instructions for over an hour.
    Playbook UX support articles claim that it’s possible to go find your recording in /Library/Application Support/Playbook UX, but this path is only accessible from a Mac and NOT from an iPhone. I see no evidence that anything I recorded has been saved.

  • The app no longer works

    When I try to start a test, the button does not function. The app has many bugs at this point and has not been updated in a while. I will add more stars when the app functions properly.

  • Does not upload my tests

    The last two tests I've done on this app have not uploaded. I spent about half an hour on each plus the time I waited and waited for them to upload which they never did. I contacted them via email last one after the first issue and no one responded. Today was the second time I waisted my time doing another study and was able to have someone contact me back who is very nice but hasn’t solved my problem and there’s no mention of me getting payment for the time I spent doing the studies.
