Reviews of HabitTap

  • My habits

So I only have one habit and it’s nailbiting. I’m going to Disney World soon with my family and I want to get Disney so that’s why I downloaded this app. I need my nails to grow longer so I can get them done and they stay I just got this app two days ago and it’s really helping me so far, I feel more confident with my journey of to start nailbiting
  • HabitTap

I have TMJ and been trying to break the habit of cracking my jaw for over two years. With this app, I have gone from many times a day to only once today, in only three days! Having to push the button is a great deterrent if you are at all competitive. It has been amazing. I had tried PT and was about to try Hypnosis, I was so desperate!
  • Finally! This is what I was looking for

I’m sure there are ways to improve upon this app but it is the best one I’ve found so far!

I like that you can hit the “I did it” button multiple times throughout the day and track your habit as well as progress in abstaining.

Used for biting nails and found that it helps we become aware of when I do it and I stop myself to keep my numbers low. I’m 5 days in and have seen daily declines in my frequency. Feeling like I can get this under control for the first time in years.
