Super buggy

The app hardly works without crashing, the sign up process is a mess, everything is behind a paywall that you can’t access in the app, I’m logged out any time I open the app, and there’s zero customizability in what I want to see.

Great experience with the app as well as customer service. Nande is a great way to find hidden gems in the city.

CANNOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

I have tried everything to cancel my Nande account including emailing the company. When I try to click manage my account from a web browser, the page won’t load. The only way to contact Nande is through an email account that appears to go nowhere. I can’t find a phone number anywhere to contact the company. Do not sign up for this app unless you are willing to pay for it for the rest of your life

Super fun app to find Chicago gems

Very easy to use app. Awesome content (pictures, commentary) about hidden away places in Chicago.

I’ve lived in Chicago for years and there were a lot of restaurants and unique places I’d never heard of before. Food and bars were all great.

Cool that it’s neighborhood focused too!
