I want an upgrade
Ok so in 2022 I got this watch I was super excited and all but now it basically is not a great watch.
They made a new version of the happy watch and there is no stinking update the old watch.
Can you update the old 2022 happy watch so it actually works like the new one? I’m begging youmariothedude
Terrible updates
With every update this app appears to get worse. It fails to sync more often than it syncs. It fails to record sleep. Now the dashboard cards are not editable and only allow access to blood sugar readings which is written in Chinese.@2@$:!:&:&&
Can't Register
Won't allow me to register for the app, just keeps saying select user agreement and privacy policy but doesnt offer an option to do so on the register screenThea Rhea
Pretty basic faces
"The app is quite basic, and most of the features only work in China. It's definitely not designed for the US. The watch faces are designed for kids and lack interesting options or the ability to download them from third-party sources. I'm giving it 1 star simply because I cannot rate it (-)5. Sleep
The sleep monitoring is so behind the times. It’s not interactive, doesn’t show a time table. Just shows 3 numbers. This doesn’t help me in anyway! I’ve tried syncing my watch to different apps, but no luck this far! UghR.R.B.#
Needs updating
The sleep function will not store historical data or the breakdown in the app. Pointless for it be stored on the watch when it’s impossible to tell on the watch how my sleep is with the font used.App is crap
I like the watch but the app is absolute garbage. Doesn’t sinc with the watch unless you refresh it for 5 minutes or more. And really how accurate is it?!? You guys really need to work on correcting this mismatch if you want people to purchase the watch that works with this app. Very frustrating and disappointing.tarragonrose

No a bad app
The app is ok just that the font is something I would like y’all to have more options and then to have Fahrenheit as an option and be able to download apps on the watch have a school focus for be to not be interrupted during school and with the password I would like for it to only show it to unlock the app thing but to still be able to see the time with out having to unlock italma erica
Trying to re-band the watch
I was trying to change the wallpaper of my watch but the application asked me to connect the watch so i opened the blutooth in the watch and it was so near to the mobile phone and it also asked me again to connect the watch so i unbanded the watch through the the application then i tried to re-band the watch but it connects to another watches i don’t know how, it’s the only watch in the home so I deleted the application and re-download it and I entered the same email and password and it did the same and until now I couldn’t re-band it so i dont know is it a problem from the application or from the internet so please fix the application if the problem is in the applicationmgmgsan
