Not a happy bunny, been playing this game for several weeks now and loved it until today’s update all my levels gone reset to zero, lost all my weapons and upgrades and worse still paid 10 pound for a battle pass which has gone too. No way of restoring previous purchases either. Really enjoyed playing this game until today now feeling angry, yesterday would have given this game 5 stars today I have to give it one but would have given it a minus score if I could. Left an email earlier today as well but no response not even an automated response. Feeling let down tbh.

The error which caused players to lose their progress is fixed and we ensured that people who use GameCenter won't ever lose their progress again! Can I have my progress back?

Hey guys was honestly loving this game and was excited to see that the update for the game was adding some new stuff, as soon as I updated the game it put me into the tutorial and set me back to level one which is extremely frustrating, as the game is so much of a grind. I might just wait to play it and hopefully something happens about it. Thanks again guys

Not sure what’s happens

I got the game within the last week I loved it as I played Archero for ages before, but I see a new update get excited install it, then open the game and all my progress has gone and it puts me straight into the tutorial.. wasn’t what I expected really and was a kick to stomach. Rather not have to start again but if I have to I have to I guess.. just not sure what happened😅

What the hell game upgraded lost all my progress. I was on the last level. Please fix this i want all my progress back ? This is what a cheat mode you get to the end & it upgrades & you loose everything

Great...Till the update. DEVELOPERS FIX.

I loved this game and I still do, but since I updated the version, it wiped away all my progress, and made me start at the tutorial again. Keep in mind that I had spent a considerable amount of time building and collecting. I’m still signed in with my same account and there’s nothing I can do about it. Don’t get me wrong, the game is still fun, and normally I’d give this a 4-5 star. But I’m just a little salty about losing progress to an update, hopefully the developers can fix this.

lost all progress with recent update

Game required update (08 nov 20) to run. After updating via app store game started anew, complete fresh start, all progress, equipment, accumulated, gold etc, all lost... Game centre signs me in when starting game, so that part does seem to recognise player, but all game content previously acquired lost, EXTREMELY disappointing... Not sure if there's point in starting a game, if content is erased with simple update...

Great till new update

Great game easy to play pick up put down at leisure worth 5 stares up until latest update 1.8. Lost all my progress when I logged in after update and no way to get it back. I was level 19 got all blue gear and weapons. Lost back to square one. Please help. Support not answering and does not look to be in use as nothing new since 2019 on their webpage ? Don’t want to go through the grind again but don’t want to just give up. Any fix ?

Was a good game till the update wiped me.

I had done a good bit in this game and was enjoying it a lot. I was on chapter 5 had decent gear and was a decent level. Well I updated the game and it forced my Game Center account to take over and wiped everything I have done. And no way to change it back to my other profile. So if I wanted to play this game again I would have to put all that work back in. Sorry to say I won’t be playing now.
