I absolutely love being a part of the Illy family. Great tasting coffee every time.
Great coffee terrible app indeed
The website isn’t much better. I am stuck in a perpetual loop of having to acknowledge T&C’s and then the process fails. Ordering online Apple Pay doesn’t work. 25% off site wife doesn’t apply to the cart. Interface between Illy and PayPal fails most times.
Doesn’t work
It literally doesn’t work. No matter how I try to log in it just gives me an error. I’ve checked all my settings and network connections. Even tried creating a new account. It doesn’t work.
Terrible app
It will drive you away from coffee to vodka or something similar. Very frustrating and buggy. Their web/site is not much better. Good coffee though.
A pain to use
Sign up was difficult and it failed. Doesn’t play well with password managers.
Nice App
App seems to have worked out some issues others have mentioned. I find it responsive, easy to create an order and useful to see what is going on with Illy.
Useless App
Anything that you’d want to do in the app just doesn’t function, and/or just redirects you to the website. Managing or placing orders or subscriptions is not worth the time or effort on the app. Just skip the headache and use their website.
Illy developer is unaware of a problem
If I try to enter my email address (to sign up for the Illy newsletter), the reply button completely obscures the email field, and I cannot continue the process. At this point, I must relaunch the App Store app, and start over. (Assuming that I want to see additional apps).
Can’t get past the privacy policy.
Looks like simple sign up for a coffee company myself and most others would deem great coffee. However, I could find no promise not to sell my information. That is NOT a privacy policy. I’m out.
