Meal plan good, workouts meh
The meal plan that is given through this app is very good, however the workouts I was not impressed with. Considering Mike O’Hearn is behind this app I was expecting more from the workouts. For the average person looking to get in shape it will work but for someone who is looking to train at a higher level it does not bring that type of workouts. Meal plan great, workouts meh.hookupsucks
