Charging twice?
Please note this is a review of the app only, not the museum itself.
Really disappointing that you charge extra for the app, particularly after already paying quite a lot to get in to what is a very small museum.
At every exhibit is a small amount of info and then a message saying “find out the full story on the app” with a QR code to scan to get the app.
We decided not to pay for the app so haven’t heard the full story, which makes the whole museum a much poorer experience for us.
It comes across as a bit greedy.
Also, much of the info on the app is very out of date (pricing etc).
