Arguably the worst App ever
It’s the worst App I’ve ever had to use, the login process is so bad that you sometimes spend 5 to 10 minutes trying to login until you get fed up and quit.
Have had to change my phone thinking it b was my phone but it’s all the same.
I called them to report the issue and they couldn’t fix the issue. I just wish my company could dump them and on board with a better app like ‘Deputy’ or something at least not this God forsaken app. RubbishShow lessOG-keri

Not very clear of the distance and rate, it would be better make it easily to stand out, because it needs a few steps to see all the details, it couldn’t to make a quick decision. Thankslydiahan
App review
It’s great for picking up shifts but does not help staff member accessing timesheet for facility managers to sign the timesheet. Timesheet is required prior to shift commencement. Morning electronic timesheet appears well after 07:00. I don’t know what happens for afternoon and night shifts. I only work mornings so I can’t comment. Other agencies have their app ready to sign at 06:30. Maybe using different app. Please make some improvement on the mentioned field.Show lessJny B
Fake reviews increased rating
Can you imagine, this app does not allow scrolling of the list. There is no way to select the items which are outside the screen at the bottom. App also does not go back to previous screen and forces you to start all over again. You should not expect much from a team which does not have a basic understanding of the working of the application.Show lessGerfreecalls

It would be better if you were able to view past timesheets, filter notifications by location distances from home and for the system to identify when someone has already reviewed available shifts so that additional notifications/texts aren’t received for the vacant shifts. There also constantly seems to be a notification symbol on the app despite having already clicked into the app with no new updates - this makes the use of the notifications pointless.Show lessSharnene

I worked with the yes staffing for 2 years and it is very reliable and professional. Provides good shifts and flexible hours. The management is supportive and approachable. I got a lot of experience through this agencyKlhamu

Notifications are later than they appear on the released shift page, it would achieve 5 star rating if the notification comes fraction of time earlier than they appear on the screen available for acceptance. Thank you11312002491
Very easy to navigate
Once I knew what o was doing o found this app very easy to navigate. I do wish there was a message the employer on the app instead of ringing or email but it’s not a big deal, I’m just time challenged 😃Djencsl
