Crashes every single time
Every time to try to click on anything it crashes. Every time. Completely useless app. Get it together IrisWorks! How hard is it to create a functional app in 2024!
Not very streamlined to the online version.
Cant access a lot of the features at all. Love the online version though. Just wish it were more accessible.
The app needs major improvements
I really like the Iris itself. However, as a photographer, we are always working on the go and using our phone for so much of this business, you would definitely think the app has more capabilities. I am really disappointed that web use is the only method at this time.
Awful
Been trying to log in with the app for weeks with no success. Really REALLY trying to love Iris this go around since I renewed my subscription but I’m just not happy. The $400 a year I pay could go towards MAJOR upgrades on not only the app but the desktop version as well. Disappointed.
Not functional
You can’t do anything on the app. It would be nice to manage everything on the app but really all you can do is view what you’ve done in the online platform. Doesn’t make it any more convenient to manage things because you still have to use the online platform to perform any functions. :(

Requires me to use my laptop instead of my phone
After one week I am still unable to login to the app. It was working fine a few weeks ago. I can’t even login at all on my mobile can only login on my computer at the moment which makes things challenging when on the go. I hope a new update fixes some of the issues.
Needs Work
I can’t read my To-Do’s. It’s hardly functional. Needs to be updated!!!
Crazy amount of work to be done.
I get an error anytime I try to do ANYTHING or see most of my client or session info. The only thing I can currently pull up is my client list.....????
Good first pass, needs a lot of work
I appreciate having an app. That said, this needs some updates
1. The ability to add To Dos
2. When adding a new client the font color is so similar to the background you cannot read anything.
3. The app categories sessions wrong... sessions in the future show up as pas sessions
I could go on and on but I’ll stop here
