So Frustrating!!!!!
This is the single most frustrating and poor app that I’ve ever used. For a time it worked ok and was interesting to use. However, it’s is plagued with failing to connect (IOS) on Bluetooth. Then, it will refuse to recognise the password and / or email (even though. Neither had been changed!). I then deleted the app and reinstalled whereby the bike happily connects to my smartphone but the app refuses to connect to the bike! Finally, when the error message comes up about failing to connect, it keeps reappearing every few seconds after you close the error message……

Finally I can use the app instead of the expensive option to view the scooter details. I would have given 5 stars but the find my bike features do not work except for the map. The lights don’t work and can’t open the seat remotely with ignition off as it states in the app. Maybe in the next update.duddud

App crash when connects to Airpod
Every time I want to link my Airpod to BT-router, the app crashes.
