App is now showing all options and helpful information, so I am revising my previous rating. It is so beneficial to get this info without trying to find the nurse who would try to get back to me in what I consider to be an understaffed facility.
Virtually useless app
Perhaps it's the fault of the facility, but this app provides none of the promised information and updates advertised. The Healthcare facility provided the link to install the app so I don't understand why the information is not uploaded. It would be a wonderful help to me to see my husband's latest results rather than have to find a nurse who has time to look them up for me. Hugely disappointed.

Needs a lot of work
I could sit here all day and pick this app apart but I don’t have time for that. As a health care professional. The one thing that bothers me is that there is no time for the administration of medications. I’m away from my loved one and I would like to know when they are receiving them. Are they getting them on a timely manner?! Because I do know that their glucose isn’t being monitored the way it should be when it’s well over 300. So how do I know that they are actually getting their meds.

App does not work
App does not work fortunately I can go anytime to see her because I live close. However if you live far away your out of luck. It’s not the facilities fault however they did chose this app. NEEDS TO BE ANALYZED AND CORRECT ASAP!!!!
Does not work
This app worked for me once - the day I responded to the invitation to join. The password has not worked since. The password reset throws up an error message that cannot be resolved. My multiple requests for assistance have gone unanswered. The concept is great. Too bad the developer’s follow through is worthless.

Game changer
My dad has been in & out of nursing homes for the past year. I previously was making calls to the building to get info daily. Finally his newest facility had this How’s Mom. Super easy to get on and track his meds. I’m shocked that other facilities don’t have this. It would have been a waaaaaaaaaaay better experience!

Worthless
Downloaded app thinking I could keep up with my mom’s meds and orders. All it does is tell me how many COVID pts or staff in facility which I could care less about. Don’t bother. I’m deleting the app.
Disappointing
Family member is in nursing facility. One week later the app still doesn’t work. The coordinator has been in touch with How’s Mom tech and NOTHING has been accomplished!
What??
I was successful at using the “old” version. Now I can’t even open the new one. Grrrrrrrr
