Money Stupidity
How can a Silicon Valley company, much less one focused on such an important interest like my retirement nest egg, have such a bad app and website?
An “application” should help you do something, right? Not MI. This is a digital paperweight.
You can’t contact MI through the app. You need to login from a *non-mobile computer* to do ANYTHING.
And they don’t have secure messaging, only a “leave feedback” window.
You can’t change your investments through the app.
The upside? At least now my phone is cluttered with another useless app.
You get what you pay for. I reckon my company is locked in to using these clowns for 2022 but I’d pay more to ease the frustration of dealing with these dolts.

This just needs to be better
People keep so much wealth in a 401K. Money Intel offers their services to my company and though the offerings are quite barebones IMO I’m so far okay with that given they offer funds to broadly cover most sectors. But where is the commission they charge going? Definitely not in this app. Myself and many others at my company are considering annually rolling over our 401k’s to IRA’s in Schwab or something. This app doesn’t even remember our login info. It’s ridiculous. Doesn’t inspire trust to keep your life savings here.
