Incompetent staff

I have brought up an issue I have been having to one of their staff members, and rather than presenting me with a solution to the problem, like sending an email back stating that he will look into it and see what’s going on and get back me at an early convenience, or just send me the information of when and where the project will be starting or how I can participate, he has continued to present the same problem to me, without solution. I’m very annoyed, and also, wondering how people like this have jobs. The level of incompetence is absolutely baffling to me. And if he’s doing this on purpose, to frustrate me, I would highly advise him to focus more on his career and how to better himself, rather than being a nuisance to me, because I refuse to believe someone is THIS STUPID.

Disregard

This app are trying to play more games like cheating with the work for employees

For first time for 3-4 test they pay correctly then latter on all the test which all you do will be rejected by saying rubbish things

If you go with TTl reporting such activities they just terminate your account without any explanation

So I personally recommend not to go with it

Please, bring the notifications sound back!!

I only use this app only to receive notifications because everything else is much easier to do on web/mweb. However, build 1.11.0 doesn’t have any notification sounds so the app is useless. The previous build duplicated notifications which was pretty annoying but not having a sound on notifications - the only helpful feature in the app when other features cannot even be compared with web - this is something! Very disappointed :(

Not usable. Keeps popping up errors.

Many issues:

- the app consistently pops up "network error" messages (doesn't matter whether on Wifi or cellular network, only this app complains) making it almost impossible to open a test case: acknowledging it reloads the main page.

- issue templates are not supported

- the messaging does not refresh properly messages nor the message notification icon. If you get a message, reply to it then close the window, the notification icon will stay red (unread messages) and if you click on it you will see the message received but not your own response.

Sign up / log in

This app desperately needs to be tested! Once I signed up it redirected me to sign up page again. Tried it 3 times. Does it again and again. No email confirmation about creating an account. Can’t log in, not even sure if I created it. Tried “forgot the password” button and it gives me an error.

Sometimes works, other times doesn’t

Sometimes this app works as it states, but more often than not it doesn’t show my invitations or my active tests. I would also hope in the future they also show the projects board.

Feeling buggy

It’s a great app but some things don’t seem to work. Like it’s not possible to click on the acknowledge button for announcements

Its doesn't work! Scam 🤦‍♂️

User friendly

I am using this app almost every day since it’s beta release. It’s very user friendly and notifications made my day especially when my test case or bugs been approved.

At times I have observed a slightly latency especially when there are multiple links referring to some excel files or any other pages; but overall I am happy with the usage.
