I love The Motion Guy and what he’s teaching and the app has a plethora of great programs. The only gripe I have is with the videos within the platform- most don’t work. They buffer forever and never play. I’m not sure what the issue is but I especially feel it for the juggling work as there’s 40+ variations to work thru. I’m trying to progress man!!
