The app seemed really neat at first, except assignment of the placement is extremely difficult. The app tends to alphabetize everything. Its great for finding kids, but not when you have to scroll through to assign a place, then its not super easy to back out and make corrections. So giving it a score of meh.

Hot Clays review
I think a really good way to make this app very useful is to create a way to input the name, address, phone, and other details like pricing of different clay clubs. And have a map showing where you are in relation to the nearest club.
Like that one would be able to find a club close by and have all the details and map to locate it, and the phone number to call it.

Great app
Whilst I love the fact I can keep scores and track my clay shooting I can’t help but mention that I find it a little complicated to use. Not sure if the description ’clunky’ is appropriate but it does seem - to me that is - that it’s a little over complicated (I’m not an old technophobe btw!)
Maybe this app is aimed more towards the club in order for them to manage competitions. If this is the case, would it be possible to have 2 apps - one for personal use and one for corporate/club use.
That said, I do love the fact I can score on my phone!

Great App!!!
Great app!!! The Premium upgrade is definitely worth it if you shoot 3+ times a month. Way better than carrying a clipboard around. Especially in windy, damp conditions and/or with many shooters.
Great stat tracker
Been using for the last 9 months. Like the ease of use, but there is a learning curve to work through. Like the exportable products. How to use the Events function, needs better explanation. I’ve been unable to get a handle on this using the website or trial and error. Would also like the ability to export specific event stats for the individual. Still use it, will continue to use it. Do recommend it. Advice have patience and learn how the app works and it will benefit.

We’ve been using this app at our small (less than 10 shooters normally) club for a few months now. Better than scorecards as it’s usually windy! It would be nice if we could score 15 bird DTL and ABT though (hence dropping a star) as we cut it down to reduce waiting times
Don’t waste your money
If for some reason you don’t need the app anymore, you can’t get rid of it and there is no support. All my requests for assistance have been ignored. My card continues to be charged.
