Watermarks ruined my vids

Last week, I downloaded this app and it was brilliant! But today, I was appalled to find out that they had watermarked all of my videos! This is so annoying! Stop self promoting yourselves. If the developers see this, please remove it now or I will uninstall

Hey. Sorry that you haven’t seen the watermark before. It’s shown directly while filming to prevent later surprises. It’s not for promotion. It’s for being able to provide a free demo version so people can try out the app before buying the full version. If you still like the app in general it would be nice if you could reconsider the rating since it took quite some time to make it. Greetings

Have an active subscription but won’t let me use full version.

I subscribed but when I try to use the app it just asks me to subscribe to full version. Even though it says i am subscribed to the full version. Just stuck in an annoying loop and can’t use the app im paying for.

I have had this app for a few years and I love it so much! With all of this said, I believe there is a CRUCIAL feature lacking in this app. That feature is the ability to easily save the video you’re working on so that when you open the app at a different time you can open the save and continue working on your video. This feature would be game changing and I’m sure everyone would appreciate this greatly. Furthermore, the ability to add multiple clips like in CapCut but have a mosh up transition in between would be awesome. If either of these features already exist please let me know and teach me how to use them. Thanks again for this amazing app at an amazing price!

Hey. Thank you for the nice feedback. In version 1.4 you can do some datamoshing and leave the app. When you come back later and your phone didn’t close MoshUp you can continue working on the video. If the app is completely closed I think the only way would be so save the current work before closing and then import it as a single video again. But with this approach it would be decoded and encoded again which reduces the quality a bit. In the last update I added the feature that you can datamosh two videos at the same time. If I understand correctly you want that video A starts with the datamoshing and then video B takes over? This could work but a smooth transition is hard because I can’t tune down the datamoshing effect. You can also reach out to @moshup_app on instagram for better communication. Greetings

I like everthing but I don’t like the End part I just want my part of the video please if you could please fix it please and Thank you!
Otherwise this app is the best app I have ever used in my entire life I have always wanted to make glichy videos this is so fun!!!

Hey. Thank you. The watermark at the End of the video with the MoshUp logo is just in the demo version. In the full version they are removed. Also the watermark at the bottom right. Greetings

When I put an object and go somewhere else and record. The pixels go away quickly but I didint move my phone I kept it still. Can you fix this bug?

Hey. Thank you for reaching out. Which phone do you have? Some user had this issue when they had voiceover or something like that enabled. Did it work before with an older version? You can also reach out to @moshup_app on Instagram. Greetings Edit: I think you have to disable It in the main phone settings? Its under accessibility or some similar section. Edit: Happy it worked and thanks a lot for updating the rating.

Pretty bad

I like the glitch thing but hate it when you watch what you recorded it glitches into a splash and you have to buy the full version to even do anything. Just because someone found what they want, doesn’t mean he/she will pay for the full version. Such a scam.

Well what can I say. Making this app took me a long time. I am a Solo Developer and need to ask for some money at some point or I couldn’t make these apps. Calling it a scam kind of hurts after taking quite some effort and also providing a complete free demo. Anyway. Maybe you understand at some point and maybe you even reconsider the rating. Greetings

Crashing when trying to save videos

When i try to save my videos in the app sometimes it crashes and it annoys me allot and i have to uninstall and reinstall it. But besides that i love it.

Sorry to hear that. I assume you have enough storage space on the phone. Do you capture the video in high resolution? What happens when you don’t reinstall the app? It keeps crashing? For better communication we can also continue on @moshup_app on instagram so I can fix that. Greetings
