fun until it's really frustrating
Love the aesthetic and simple gameplay. Troop movement is messy to the point where it's actually quite frustrating towards the end game. If the devs fix this then I would spend money on it.
The biggest problem is that when you send a soldier to a location, it frequently gives up midway because its path was temporarily blocked. It's really frustrating when your basic game controls only sometimes work.
They also constantly shuffle around the rally point for no reason while blue stands in the way doing absolutely nothing. Other than being distracting, it traps soldiers in the middle. To use your own troops it's like untangling necklaces quickly while they're spinning. It's not fun, mostly anger inducing because you're usually in a hurry.
Simple fix: Let them walk past each other and don't allow them to give up when you send them to a location.
Smaller problems with movement: New spawns take a really long time to start heading towards the rally point. I don't see why it's not immediate. Sometimes soldiers go to an old rally point and stay there for a while. They also take very meandering routes and you can't help them by placing grass blocks. I think this can be fixed by running the path finding algorithm at each step or every other step.Show lessleekezar
Is multiplayer dead?
Love the game but my only issue is that I can never get into an online game. I’m wondering if it’s dead because I’ll be waiting on the match making screen endlessly and will never get in a game.Millear_33
Best Strategy Game on AppStore
This has to be the best game I played on the AppStore! I’m surprised that the game is free in the first place, I don’t understand why other reviews are so critical.

What an unkind review. Much of the game can be played free, including online play, some aspects are paid since otherwise I wouldn’t make any money and I couldn’t make any games 🤔 this is my job. Do you work for free? -AndyReally funny game with a lot of potential
The game is very charming with great visuals and solid strategic gameplay to boot. Although there are a few issues the combat system while in theory is great has a few issues that with a few quality of life changes would make the game much better such as letting your own troops being able to walk through each other (as this mechanic adds very little strategic value and ends up just wasting the players time) and some further balancing of boats because as they are there is almost no reason for you to place tiles normally. On top of this there a few glitches in quest mode that corrupt saves and make your progress obselete and glitches with the group up button that causes troops to take a very long time to process the command. Despite these issues the game is very creative and entertaining, if these issues are resolved i can see my self playing it consistently i am looking forward to future updates!Show lessBabypigpig122
