Must improve lots to charge a subscription

The good:

You can [conveniently] add text to a photo

The bad:

Requires a monthly subscription [yes, thats for real]

Hi, there are plenty of free features on Run Photo that do not require a subscription. Simply adding text will always be a free feature. We only have a subscription service for users who want more advanced features.

Subscription but keeps freezing so cannot use

I have a paid subscription but the app constantly freezes so is pretty much useless. Charging for a defunct app on a monthly basis is not ideal. Any solutions welcome and yes I have tried switching it off and on again and deleting app and reinstalling. I have also downloaded the latest version!

Hi we had an issue with an older version of the app but everything should be working now. Please let us know if you have anymore problems.

Fixed now, but must pay for best features

App is working now, but many previously free features require monthly subscription fee. Not sure that it’s worth the money for what it offers. TBD.

Great app until made features subscription based

Have loved this app for almost a year now - a late and WONDERFUL find. Latest release added some neat features for pay but also reduced the free features. Don’t mind a forced watermark but let me place it and change the font to match the theme. Subscription is $3 a MONTH!! No option for a one time fee. This is crazy!!

Thanks for your feedback. We still have a ton of free features for you to use. We added the paid option for users who want even more. The paid option helps allow us to support the app long term.

Too bad...

A good little app that lets you overlay text on a picture and can pull data from your Garmin device… Too bad they ruined it by wanting $50 a year for it! Way too steep for what it does… Sorry… Lost me on this one…

Hi, thanks for your feedback, we still have the same free features we had before but now users have an option to upgrade for more. It is also not $50 a year for the plus version, it is $3 a month, that is less than one cup of coffee per month.

Run photo is great and gives me the chance to make easy graphics out of my runs unlike any other app! Highly recommend!!!

Great App!

Really love this App. Wish it had the ability to pay to have the watermark removed. I would be happy to pay for that. Otherwise, fantastic app!

Crashes

Disappointing the app crashes frequently, particularly after photo has been prepared with the chosen layout. Also need to frequently log back into Strava.
