Not very practical
I got this app and the heart rate monitor to track my performance. I don’t care about the leader board thing. The calorie counting is very questionable. I compared it to my Apple Watch on the same work out at it was nearly double. I’ve just finished a work out and the calories burned really high. Not a chance I’m actually burning those calories in real life.
Also, it tracks your heart rate but does provide you much feedback to go on. It says how long I’ve stayed in a zone and my average percentage ……that’s it! I can see what my actual heart rate was and the ranges. Nor can I follow it through the workout to see how hard I had to push up a hill for example.
It needs work.

Good but duplicates all my workouts
Really like the sweat band and app but a while after a workout when I look in the app - all my workouts are duplicated so show twice with the same stats, which is a bit annoying!
