I can’t access my account via the app. It says I need to update but when I click on the app it says open it does not have an update option. The app won’t open.

It doesn’t need updating
You have no access to your data because there’s a pop up message to update but it doesn’t need an update.

5 days since the latest update and now you cannot access anything.

When you try to open the app it tells you that you need to update, but you have the latest…. Even deleting and reinstalling it does this.

Doesn’t work
I can log in, my dashboard shows my balance, but then it says my password has expired and gives me a “Continue” option which takes me right back to the login screen. There’s no option to reset your password and no contact information. Essentially useless. And the fact that the developer hasn’t provided security details to Apple makes this a hard pass.
